Do I need any special equipment for Pilates classes or training?For group classes at the gym, all equipment is provided. For concierge and virtual sessions, I’ll bring the equipment to you, but most sessions can be adapted to use minimal equipment or just your body weight. If you have specific equipment at home, we can incorporate it into your sessions.

What should I wear to a Pilates class?Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Most people prefer leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Pilates is typically done barefoot, but grip socks are optional for Mat Pilates. Grip socks are REQUIRED for Reformer Pilates.
