During this immersive session, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a Pilates workout designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance, led by Ilsa Martinez, who specialize in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Following the Pilates session, participants will transition to paddle boarding, where they can enjoy the tranquility of gliding across the water, all while soaking up the beautiful surroundings.
